IFS EXPERIENCE - AN EVENING OF SELF-EXPERIENCE
Course description
This two-hour in-depth evening invites you not only to learn about key elements of the Internal Family Systems model, but also to experience them directly. Through mindfully guided self-exploration exercises, you will gain a vivid insight into working with inner parts.
-
How do they become noticeable or visible?
-
What messages and functions are hidden behind them?
-
And how can surprisingly profound impulses for change arise from this?
Through a simple, gentle introductory exercise, we will gradually open access to your inner world. We will then creatively explore your personal inner landscape using "parts mapping"—a visual approach to your inner system. Please have paper (at least A4) and your preferred writing materials ready, such as pencils, colored pencils, pastels, or other materials you enjoy working with.
To conclude, we will focus on aspects that can be activated particularly in a therapeutic context. You will have the opportunity to get to know these aspects better, to understand their dynamics in a more nuanced way, and to develop a new, multifaceted perspective on your own inner world.
After each exercise, there will be time to reflect on the experiences, exchange ideas, and ask open questions. This creates the opportunity to jointly contextualize what has been experienced and explore different approaches.
to get to know each other and to expand one's understanding of one's own inner dynamics.
Target audience:
The event is primarily aimed at psychotherapists, clinical physicians with psychotherapeutic qualifications and alternative practitioners for psychotherapy who would like to learn about IFS, deepen their understanding or explore their inner landscape with curiosity, creativity and a new perspective.

Laura Milojevic is a licensed psychotherapist specializing in systemic family therapy and trauma therapy – and one of the few German-speaking therapists with IFS certification at Level 3.
She completed her IFS training directly at the IFSI in the USA, working with Richard Schwartz, Ann Sinko, and Einat Bronstein, among others. Since then, she has continuously deepened her practice through specialized consultation groups and advanced training – including on the topics of trauma, eating disorders, addiction, and group work with IFS.
In addition to her therapeutic practice in Vienna, Laura works as a training assistant at the IFS Akademie and leads her own IFS introductory workshops for psychotherapists.
