Become part of the training team
What is your job as a PA?
Participant support
You accompany small groups, lead training sessions and support the small groups in deepening their IFS knowledge.
Trainer support
You support the trainer team with organizational tasks and convey self-leadership and professional boundaries through your own behavior
Active participation in meetings
You regularly attend team meetings to prepare for and follow up on the training.
Promoting group development
You help participants understand and overcome personal challenges in the IFS process by actively listening and sharing proven IFS approaches.


What are the benefits of becoming a PA?
Continuing education
Through your assistant work, you will deepen your understanding of the IFS model in a direct practical context and receive recognized training hours.
Free of charge
You take part in the course free of charge and receive a daily allowance of 145 EUR for food and travel expenses.
Network and exchange
You have the chance to get in touch with experienced IFS trainers and other practitioners and expand your international network.
What qualifications do I need to become a PA?
IFS experience
You have completed at least one IFS Level 1 training and work regularly with the IFS model. For the first Level 1 training in autumn 2025, people who have completed their training at a German institute will also be admitted once.
Ability to SELF-energy
During the training you will be able to recognize and regulate your own emotional reactions.
Preferred qualifications
Applicants with an IFS certification will be given priority.
