Encountering Self-Like Parts – A Workshop Day for Clarity and Compassion

Led by: Dipl. Psych. Mel Herff

Date: October 17, October 24, November 28, 2026 | 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Language: German

Location: Online

Cost: 250 EUR

In this workshop, you will explore self-similar parts – aspects of your inner system that keep you stable, competent, and capable of relationships, yet often remain unrecognized. Instead of trying to correct them, you will investigate how to cultivate an appreciative relationship with them and what roles or cultural expectations have shaped them.

You will learn to perceive self-like parts in yourself and in your work with clients in a differentiated way and to mindfully guide them towards unblending. Under the guidance of psychologist Melanie Herff, a safe and supportive environment with space for exchange and practical exercises will develop a sound understanding as well as concrete, practical approaches for greater clarity, inner order, and connection within the IFS process.

Registration is done via email.

Unblending with the conference table – a practical workshop for IFS therapists

Director: Mag. Laura Milojewic

Date: September 11th / October 2nd / October 23rd, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Supervision : November 20, 2026 | 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Language: German

Location: Online

This workshop series is aimed at IFS therapists who wish to deepen their unblending skills and bring more clarity to complex internal systems. Using the conference table method, participants learn to structure polarized or chaotic dynamics, selectively externalize parts, and support decision-making processes—especially when many parts are activated simultaneously.

Through demonstration sessions, practical small group work, and a supervision block, participants gain direct experience and confidence in therapeutic application. Under the guidance of Laura Milojewic, MA, the conference table opens up new possibilities for establishing clarity, progress, and effectiveness within the IFS process – both in professional practice and in personal self-exploration.
