About the event
A safe space for women who want to get to know themselves more deeply with IFS and grow in connection with others. Our inner experience is unique – yet there are experiences that many women share. In this monthly IFS Women's Circle, we create a space for true connection: with ourselves, with our inner selves, and with other women. Through mindful self-awareness, group exercises, and sharing, space is created for what is present right now – within you and in the group.
