In-depth courses

Deepen your IFS skills with enjoyment and depth using our various formats.

Supervision
Individually or in a group

In online supervision, you'll learn from experienced IFS therapists how to confidently apply what you've learned in Level 1 and advanced training to your practice. Supervision can help you integrate IFS into your professional work and inner attitude – through case discussions, clear feedback, and space for your own contributions.

Case discussion

You can present your own cases and receive precise, helpful feedback from an IFS perspective.

Method safety

You will expand your competence, confidence, and self-management skills in a therapeutic or counseling context.

Self-reflection

You are given space to perceive your own aspects, to relieve them, and to meet them with more self-energy.

Collective learning

Mutual learning arises through resonance, diversity of perspectives, and joint reflection.
